Bulgarian Centre of Women in Technology has the pleasure to invite you to the 19th edition of BreakFast Club!
Our next unordinary meeting with an unordinary lady will take place on the 26 January.
Neda Sokolovska is a theatre director and a theatre activist, founder of VOX POPULI Studio for Documentary Theatre. Since 2012 Neda is introducing the so-called verbatim technique into Bulgarian theatre practice. Verbatim-theatre is based on the spoken words of real people. Verbatim theatre-makers record interviews on a specific subject which are then edited and used as a dramaturgical engine. During performances, the actors represent the stories while listening to the very same recordings of real-life speakers.
Is it possible to retell truly a story that belongs to someone who is foreign to us? How do we listen to others and where do we find them? We will seek for answers to such questions with one of the most interesting theatre directors in Bulgaria.
Breakfast, warm coffee, and tea will be waiting for you in the cold morning!
Please note that the discussion will be held in Bulgarian.
Members of the BCWT attend the event series for free. Entrance fee for other guests: 10BGN donation for BCWT projects.
